You are not satisfied! Have you made the wrong products or just changed your mind?

We do not do some exchanges. In the next 14 days your delivery simply return your item in its original packaging. We will reimburse you upon receipt of the item (a notification email will be sent to you) within 10 days, from the date of delivery. You can then order the item that suits you, in a different size or color for example.

1. Print the Return form
Download, print and complete the PDF available by clicking on the following link.
2. Prepare the Package
Replace the item (s) in the original packaging, then place the (s) in a package.
Please attach the completed return form as well as the invoice for your order inside your parcel.
3. Ship the item (S)
Place your parcel in the nearest post office and send it to the following address (return charge):

4. You are reimbursed!

Upon receipt of your parcel by our services, you are reimbursed within 10 working days (usually noticeable).
The refund will be made on the same means of payment used during the order, except for orders placed by E-card blue which will be reimbursed only in the form of gift card.

A confirmation email will be returned to you once the refund has been made.

Any product purchased on sale/promotion/Flash sales will be reimbursed to you at its purchase price.

You received a defective item or a different item from the one ordered?

Contact us via the “Contact” section of our website in the department: “Product or defective error”. In accordance with the FKareGeneral Conditions of sale, only the items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Consequently, returns of degraded, washed and/or worn products will be refused.
